I have yet another class project involving complicated software. Unfortunately, this one takes rather a while to complete and the program isn't all that great--not to mention it's impossible to find things.
Fortunately, I've been assigned gyrase, which is one of my favorite proteins, so I suppose getting to know it intimately can't be all that bad.

Gyrase - Is that the one where the right-handed nature of the DNA double helix causes positive supercoils to accumulate ahead of a translocating enzyme, in the case of DNA replication, a DNA polymerase. (At least that what I think Google says - not that I understood any of it. Words I can manage - it's sentences I struggle with!)
