I have professors to email, projects to work on, homework to finish, laundry to do, a fish to take care of, blogs to read, pictures to upload, blogs to write, a sunny afternoon to enjoy, and a breath to take.
I feel refreshed, happy.
From this side of March, the summer feels closer. The sun is out, the temperatures have gone up, and most importantly, the smell that defines a Texas summer, that smell of sticky sweet mesquite and jasmine flowers in bloom, is everywhere.
And because summer is only five weeks of classes and two weeks of finals away, I should get to work.
