Giving Thanks

Today is Turkey Day, ergo I get to do your standard blog post about being thankful. But I don't mind, really, because I really wish I told everyone how much they mean to me, and I rarely do because sometimes I can't work up the courage to. And because there's more than can fit on the fingers on a hand turkey, I'll make my list as long as I want.

I am thankful for:
-the most amazing guy in the world, he keeps me sane and happy and loved even though he lives a million zillion miles away in the frozen expanses up North
-Sis and her late-night talks with me, because she's going through the tough times with me, and I'm thankful for the happy times too.
-Bro because he's not as crazy or annoying as he thinks he is
-Mom even though she drives me nuts sometimes, I miss her and I wish she would come home soon
-Dad because even though he's not the easiest person to live with, he is pretty cool sometimes
-the man at the dining halls who always says hello to me and asks me how I'm doing
-not living at home any more
-my education and all I've been able to accomplish so far
-the friendly people at the lab for being so nice and helpful and patient with me and the other two
-the little things in life that I don't take time to think about
-you, because you are reading this, all one of you (maybe two or three, you never know) I love you!

Have a happy Thanksgiving!
