I saw ninjas three nights in a row.
There was a random ninja fight club performance at Madrigal dinner.
There were ninjas in last night's movie (well, not really, since they were Chinese. Close enough, though)
There were ninjas (surprise!) at the Japanese Fall Festival.
Is it a sign?
(Also, people were smoking stuff that WASN'T tobacco tonight, too. I think I see a pattern.)
Oh, and I won tons of stuff at the fest. 50¢ per ticket, two tries per ticket. I spent $3, won six out of twelve times. Including a $100 gift card. Best $3 investment ever. Christmas shopping? Oh yes. (Although, if I do find an awesome purse from Fossil (!) (eep!) under $100, that's where the money will go.) (I really shouldn't have gone to their website... Now I really want this. But I can't buy it, because I do not have a Fossil giftcard. Flaw in the plan.)
Anyway.
There was plenty more schtuffs to talk about at the festival.
Like taiko drums. And a kendo practice. And dancers. And a couple bands. Both of the bands were pretty bad, although the second one had a decent drummer. Also, this female singer sang with both bands, and she was good. But not the bands. Alas. And they were so loud we had to sit on the wall across the street to save our eardrums from extermination.
And Japanese fangirls. Lots of them.
I want to be a Japanese fangirl.
Sort of.
