From 3 to 9, I will be extracting DNA, prepping said DNA for PCR, possibly starting the PCR, also possibly running to the MBB to beg for 63F, 1387R primers, and playing around with my $150 dangerous chemicals.

Yep, that's how it's going to go. No sleep for me! Or dinner.
